  • Notebook and pen/pencil

  • A couple of printouts (designs will be shared ahead of time in the paid group)

Day 1 – NLP: Understanding Your Mind

  • Explore how the subconscious mind shapes your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

  • Learn simple NLP techniques, including reframing, to gently shift unhelpful patterns.

  • Reflect on your personal experiences and how they have influenced your automatic responses.

Day 2 – Transactional Analysis: Recognizing Inner Voices

  • Discover your Parent, Adult, and Child selves and how they influence your choices.

  • Learn to find balance between nurturing, practical, and playful sides of yourself.

  • Engage in reflective exercises to understand your inner dialogue and patterns.

Day 3 – Ho’oponopono & Gratitude

  • Practice Ho’oponopono for emotional release and healing, exploring the concept of karma.

  • Engage in gratitude exercises to appreciate both simple and meaningful aspects of life.

  • Learn techniques to create inner space and let go of heaviness.

Day 4 – Guided Visualization & Body Awareness

  • Connect with your body and its memories, learning to “talk” with your cells.

  • Release unresolved emotional experiences and make peace with overwhelming memories or people.

  • Use visualization for deep healing, alignment, and reconnection.

Day 5 – Creative Reflection: Your Life Script

  • Integrate all learnings from the previous days into a personal creative reflection.

  • Write, sketch, or design your own life script page to symbolize your renewed energy, clarity, and alignment.

  • Happy ending with a uniquely crafted Eigengrau Meditation, designed to bring your essence closer to the universal energy.
