Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Downloadable Products

All digital or downloadable products (such as e-books, journals, and online resources) are non-refundable once the file or download link has been accessed or delivered.
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Workshops & Events

Refunds for workshops and events are available under the following conditions:

• Full Refund:
  If you cancel 9 or more days before the scheduled date, you’ll receive a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund:
  If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund:
  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or after the event has started, are not eligible for a refund.

If a workshop or event is rescheduled or canceled by us, you can either attend on the new date or request a full refund.

3. Physical Goods

You may request a return for eligible physical goods within 7 days of receiving them, provided that:

• The goods are unused and in their original packaging.

• The goods are not listed under the non-returnable category below.
  

Before approval, you’ll be required to share clear photos of:

• The product in its original packaging, and

• The defect or damage (if applicable).
  

Non-returnable items include:

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Items unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons).

• Goods damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions via email.

Please note that the buyer bears the cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited via your original method of payment.
