Lymphatic Drainage Workshop

The lymphatic system is a vital part of your body’s internal balance. It supports immunity, clears cellular waste, and regulates excess fluid — but unlike the heart, it has no pump. It depends on movement, breath, and certain types of gentle stimulation.

In this 5-day series, participants are guided through light, easy-to-learn practices to activate and support this natural flow — especially through key lymph nodes in the body that act as filters for toxins and waste.
