Lymphatic Package Terms, Cancellations And Refunds

1. Payment & Cancellations

• All sessions and packages are prepaid.

• Cancellations and refunds not permitted under any circumstances.

• Sessions can only be rescheduled, subject to the conditions below.

2. Rescheduling Policy (Applicable where allowed)

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

• Requests made within 24 hours of the session time will not be accepted, and the session will be considered used.

• Missed sessions without prior notice cannot be carried forward or refunded.

3. Package-Specific Terms

• Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy (Offline)

  • A trial or an experience session can be booked by paying an additional ₹300.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ prior notice.

  • The package should be used within 21 days from the date of start

• Lymphatic Drainage Self-Care Therapy (Offline)

  • This is a learning session at the clients place.

  • The sessions will be conducted on 2 consecutive days.

  • No refund is permissable after purchasing the package.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ prior notice.

• Lymphatic Drainage Self-Care Therapy (Online)

  • This is a fixed, structured 3-day program.

  • The package is non-transferable and non-reschedulable.

  • Dates and session times are pre-decided at the time of booking.

  • Missed sessions within this package cannot be rescheduled or carried forward.

  • No extensions or substitutions are permitted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered only if the service is cancelled by the therapist before the start of the package or if sessions cannot be delivered due to therapist unavailability.

• Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be provided.

• Missed or unused sessions are non-refundable.
