1. Digital / Downloadable Products
All digital or downloadable products (including e-books, journals, PDFs, and online resources) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.

2. Workshops & Events
Refunds for workshops and events are available under the following conditions:
Full Refund
• Cancellation 9 or more days before the scheduled date – 100% refund.
Partial Refund
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date – 50% refund.
No Refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or after the event has started are not eligible for a refund.
If a workshop or event is rescheduled or canceled by us, you may choose to attend on the new date or request a full refund.
3. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)
• Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.
• Tracking details (where applicable) will be shared via email once the order is shipped.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
4. Food & Consumable Products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all food and consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
However, in the rare event that:
• The product is damaged during transit,
• The product is expired at the time of delivery,
• The packaging is tampered with or leaking, or
• An incorrect item has been delivered,
please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
5. Returns for Physical Goods (Non-Consumable Items)
You may request a return for eligible physical goods within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:
• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• The product is not listed under the non-returnable category
Before approval, you will be required to share clear photos of:
• The product in its original packaging
• The defect or damage (if applicable)
Non-returnable items include:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
• Food and consumable items
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
