This online workshop is open to women across India — including Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad — and to those joining from anywhere in India or globally who are seeking gentle lymphatic support from home.
In this 5-day series, participants are guided through light, easy-to-learn practices to activate and support this natural flow — especially through key lymph nodes in the body that act as filters for toxins and waste.

About the Facilitator.
This program is facilitated by me, Sarrah Abuwala.
I have been working with gentle, body-based wellness practices for over 7 years. Over time, I have come to value slow, safe, and sustainable approaches to self-care rather than forceful or corrective techniques.
In the online setting, I have guided approximately 25+ women—largely through organic reach and word-of-mouth—in learning and practicing lymphatic self-care and lymphatic drainage routines through small, focused online workshops.
This program is a guided lymphatic wellness routine for women, intended for personal self-care and everyday practice. It is not a professional certification or therapist training program.

Is lymphatic drainage only for women?
No. Lymphatic drainage can be beneficial for both men and women. However, this program is currently offered only to women, and the sessions are conducted in a women-only learning environment.
Do I get any course material? Will I be able to remember everything from this course?
Yes. You will get a PDF of the excersizes routine that was demonstarted in the sessions. However, the theory part you'll have to remember. It will be explained in a simple way.
